With Six Sigma black belt certification and more than 20 years’ experience in print, packaging, manufacturing equipment, and supply chain management, Allen Hallberg has a deep interest in refining processes and improving quality. He’s an approachable, hands-on leader who likes to listen first, become a trusted partner, and always ensure the voice of the customer is part of the conversation.

Allen enthusiastically says “It’s Christmas every day” at his house, and one glance at his huge yard display – which takes months of planning and includes lights synced to a radio station – explains just why. He and his wife enjoy spending time with their three children and grandchildren including an annual trip to Alexandria, MN. They also volunteer on the safety and security team at their church and raise funds for Feed My Starving Children each year.
