An experienced human resources leader and strategic consultant, Renee Franklin has worked with both mid-size and Fortune 500 companies for a decade. She’s known as a caring, easy going colleague who’s committed to ensuring people are in the right roles and engaged in the work they do. Renee ensures the voice of all SeaChangers is considered when decisions are made and strategic directions are defined, serving as an important bridge between the executive team and the rest of the organization. She’s focused on creating an inclusive culture that retains the stellar employees who have been key to SeaChange’s growth and success.
Originally from Massachusetts, Renee has lived in seven states. She currently resides in Prior Lake with her husband and two children. They can often be found talking walks, visiting local parks, boating and spending time at their family cabin.
