Don’t worry, Twin Cities friends. That’s not a Packer reference. It’s about the recognition we recently received from Hennepin County’s 2019 Wellness By Design awards.

Wellness By Design recognizes organizations that make employee health a priority through creative and effective wellness initiatives, and SeaChange is proud to have earned a “gold.” We also earned the “+Green” designation, which highlights companies that minimize their impact on the environment.

Since our launch, we’ve made creating a healthy work culture central to SeaChange, and we have a five-pronged approach to employee wellbeing: professional, physical, financial, spiritual, and community. From onsite yoga and meditation lessons to walking paths and standing meetings, we’ve tried to create a place with something for everyone. That includes paid volunteer opportunities, fun wellness-related competitions, and lunch and learns about financial topics.

It’s a big part of our culture. And we’re grateful to have been acknowledged for it.
