SEACHANGE CELEBRATES 10 YEAR ANNIVERSARY

This month, we’re celebrating our 10th anniversary and it’s a great time to share our gratitude for everyone who’s been part of the journey. We’ve built incredible relationships with vendors, clients, and each other, and we’re doing some great work together.

When we launched SeaChange in 2014, we had a mission to transform the print industry, and we’re doing that every day. We’re now the largest WBENC-certified/women-owned printing company in the U.S., and we’ve expanded our services and capabilities.

Our early emphasis on software development and innovation paved the way for growth in our other areas of expertise. We now have a full-service GATHER Digital Agency that creates multi-channel marketing from direct mail and packaging design to interactive games and personalized landing pages. We’ve also maintained WBENC, HITRUST, SOC2, and HIPPA accreditation — security measures that have allowed us to specialize in the healthcare and financial sectors.

While we certainly planned to grow the business, I honestly never expected to outgrow our 110,000-square-foot facility. We’re now operating out of three facilities with unique strengths and functions including warehousing and fulfillment. We’ve grown in other ways too including:

  • 3X employees
  • 4X revenue
  • Over $25 million invested in technology, equipment, and facility enhancements.

As we look ahead to the next decade, I’m confident we’ll continue to lead our industry with innovative technology, capabilities, and approaches to solving problems for clients. At the same time, I know reflecting on what’s gotten us to this 10-year anniversary is essential. That’s our culture, our values, and — above all — our people. SeaChangers care about each other and the work we do. They’ve rallied around the idea of redefining print and disrupting this age-old industry. And they make this an incredible place to work each and every day.
