We’re always excited to share our enthusiasm about printing with others. And when we hear that someone might be interested in a printing career, we just can’t wait to meet and encourage them. Our new apprenticeship program is one way we’re doing it.

Earlier this year, we launched an apprenticeship in collaboration with GPS, which connects high school students to manufacturing opportunities in their communities. We were fortunate to connect with Matt, who was a perfect fit. He’s driven, great at communication, and unwaveringly curious.

Check out this video to hear about Matt’s experience.

Matt is off to college in the fall to study engineering, and given the very strong troubleshooting skills we saw him display, that seems like a great fit. He has also expressed an interest in working at SeaChange during winter and summer break, and we look forward to welcoming him back.
