As we celebrate our 10th anniversary this year, there’s a lot to reflect on. We’ve grown significantly, and the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal’s announcement that we’re the eight largest women-owned businesses in the Twin Cities confirms it.
Going from start-up to being a major part of our local business community in a decade required a whole lot of grit, determination, and perseverance. It also required hiring incredible people, creating a welcoming and supportive culture, and staying true to our core values.
As we look ahead, we’ll continue to stay true, knowing that doing things the right way—and treating people the right way—is worth it. Because behind the revenue and recognition, it’s really all about the people.
