After earning a degree in psychology, Ella Hanson was drawn to human resources because she loves working with people. To her, the role is a perfect mix of engaging with others and doing tasks that require a keen attention to detail. Known for her positive outlook and as someone who’s easy to get along with, Ella says she enjoys taking time to know colleagues on a personal level.

Kept busy by her young son, Ella spends her free time doing activities the whole family likes, from fishing to visiting amusement parks. She also has two dogs, Bruno and Morty.
