SeaChange is Women’s Business Enterprise (WBE) Certified.

While the number of women in print has grown, the industry is still predominantly male – especially in leadership. Because we know that creative approaches come from teams with a wide range of experiences and perspectives, SeaChange has had women in leadership roles since our launch. And we made our commitment to diversity official by earning Women’s Business Enterprise (WBE) certification making SeaChange the largest WBENC-certified printing company in the United States.

What is WBE certification?

Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC) Certification is the most widely recognized and respected national certification for women-owned businesses in the U.S. Certification confirms that SeaChange is at least 51 percent owned, controlled, and managed by women.

Why does WBE certification matter?

We think having empowered women and a wide range of experiences and perspectives is always important. But our WBENC certification can also help your company meet its diversity sourcing requirements – and hitting that goal for print suppliers certainly hasn’t been easy.
