One of SeaChange’s original team members, Justin has more than two decades of experience running equipment including die cutters and folder/gluers. With his deep knowledge of printing processes, he ensures everything’s running smoothly and the team has what’s needed to complete projects on time and of the highest quality. He’s also responsible for job planning and works closely with vendors.

Justin enjoys spending time with his wife, three boys, and two dogs. They take camping trips throughout the summer, including an annual weeklong getaway in northern Minnesota. During the cooler months, they’re kept busy with all three boys playing basketball.
