Kate Simek is a marketing leader with a strong track record of building smart, effective strategies that drive growth. Her career began in an ad agency with major consumer brands and evolved through over a decade of in-house leadership before expanding into fractional CMO work, partnering with companies across industries. With a background and degree in psychology, Kate brings a people-first mindset to her work—driven by curiosity and a deep interest in what motivates behavior and builds real connection.

Outside of work, Kate takes on her other CMO role—Chief Mom Officer—raising three kids with her husband, Jason, and embracing the chaos. She enjoys time at their family cabin in Hayward, Wisconsin, cheering in hockey rinks, and perfecting the art of being good at bad golf.
