Before joining SeaChange as a receptionist, Mia worked in a variety of caregiving jobs, and she’s quick to draw a connection. Both roles require positivity, flexibility, and compassion for others—traits that Mia exemplifies every day. She excels at making others feel valued, and she’s always seeking out new ways to stay busy and support the marketing, accounting, and inventory teams.

Mia loves spending time with her partner and “fur babies”: a dog and two cats. They enjoy exploring together, visiting farmers’ markets, and checking out local breweries. Admittedly competitive, Mia enjoys playing video and board games and notes Settlers of Catan as a favorite.
