Tasked with ensuring supplies arrive to and projects depart from SeaChange as seamlessly and efficiently as possible, Stephone Frederick – or Stef, as he’s known – keeps the warehouse running smoothly at every step. He enjoys supporting clients and fellow SeaChangers and thrives on the daily challenges that come with his role. Known as honest, always busy, and easy to talk to, Stef says he appreciates the continuous opportunities to grow at SeaChange – and everyone’s willingness to help each other out.

Stef enjoys hanging out with his daughter, traveling, and sports. He and his wife follow the Michigan State basketball team across the country to see his younger brother play. Stef notes his own sports background gave him the drive to always be better.
