Our new CAD capabilities deliver 3-D digital mockups and cut timelines

Our CAD capabilities have allowed us to develop custom packages and direct mail formats for years. When clients want to see how their designs come to life, we’ve created real-life mockups that allow them to see and feel unique folds right in their hands.

That traditional process, however, can take time. So, we’re excited to announce another option that eliminates the need for printing, cutting, gluing, and mailing. Using the latest software, our CAD department can now create digital 3-D mockups that show a box or mailer from multiple angles, including demonstrating how it unfolds. Here’s a quick sample:

With digital mockups, clients can see more than folds and functionality too. They can see how their copy and visuals will look in 3-D. And because we send a PDF file, anyone with a PDF reader can easily view it. It’s a process that can cut days or even a full week off a project timeline.
