MEET OUR NEWEST SEACHANGER, PAUL JARVI - VP OF SALES
Experiencing incredible growth lately means we’ve had the chance to welcome new SeaChangers – and add some new roles. We’re excited to have Paul Jarvi on board as our first VP of Sales.
Throughout his career, Paul has been a director of business operations, a director of enterprise sourcing and procurement, and even a SeaChange client.
He has experience on the agency side and working within Fortune 100 corporations, and that well-rounded background gives him deep knowledge of how to make projects and relationships run smoothly.
GET TO KNOW PAUL
Paul has led through digital transformations, which means he understands how to support clients with omni-channel and digital-first campaigns. In a previous role, he transitioned from managing a team of print buyers to managing a digital marketing team when leadership launched a digital-only strategy. In another role, he worked closely with digital marketing and website vendors, placing a significant focus on secure data practices.
Paul’s known for being a bit of a jokester. He loves having fun at work and can’t help but mix the personal and professional – meaning there’s a good chance if you work alongside Paul you’ll also become his friend. He loves to collaborate.
Paul could be an HGTV star. A renovation and remodeling enthusiast, he once renovated a log cabin built in 1889. He started researching the project at age 13, convinced a log cabin expert to help him, and peeled off layer after layer of old materials, bringing beauty to the Cromwell, Minnesota, getaway he and his partner now visit regularly.
