SuziAward2Suzi Oswald was named Postal Customer Council Industry Member of the Year!

If you’ve worked on a complex mailing initiative with SeaChange or received some great tips for reducing postage costs, there’s a good chance you’ve met Suzi Oswald—or she worked on your project behind the scenes. As our postal affairs specialist, Suzi shares nearly 25 years of direct mail and printing expertise with our clients and her colleagues. She’s also known as a leader throughout the postal industry.

Suzi recently received an Industry Member of the Year gold award from the Postal Customer
Council (PCC), the highest-level award. The USPS gives this recognition to “tireless supporters of the Postal Service, constantly advocating for postal products and services.”

Suzi is industry co-chair of the Twin Cities PCC, an industry board member of the Postal Customer Council Advisory Committee (PCCAC) and industry co-chair of the membership subcommittee. Suzi was nominated for the national award by her fellow group members. They described her as “an unbelievable workhorse, taking on more and more responsibility for the group’s success.” They also noted, “We have seen her begin as a local activist for the industry and become a nationally known resource.”

We’re grateful for Suzi’s insight and tireless enthusiasm for all things mail-related. She brings an exceptional level of insight to SeaChange, and being an active member of the PCC helps her stay up to date on news and changes within USPS—information we can share with clients.

Congratulations, Suzi!
